We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our client's team, where you will be instrumental in managing the complex contractual framework that underpins their business operations. You will be at the heart of ensuring the seamless operation and growth of a vast network of external partners, directly influencing the stability and expansion of our client's market presence. Your expertise will ensure compliance, facilitate strategic initiatives, and support the ongoing success of both the organization and its partners.

**What you'll do:**

* Process contractual modifications in alignment with state statutes and comprehensive agreements.

* Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders to gather necessary documentation for change requests.

* Provide essential support to external partners, candidates, and field personnel for data input into the dedicated internal contractual information system.

* Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts, including Legal and Market Analysis teams, to finalize proposals.

* Offer guidance to external partners and field personnel on internal contractual policies and procedures.

* Engage with internal stakeholders and legal counsel on partner proposals and current network activities.

* Prepare and finalize contracts and program enrollment forms.

* Execute partner activations and maintain up-to-date information within appropriate internal systems.

* Ensure the accuracy of contractual partner data in the internal network planning system.

* Efficiently process and manage requests from both external partners and internal leadership.

* Utilize standardized check sheets and template letters to complete change requests.

* Draft custom correspondence for management and legal review, addressing partner inquiries or concerns related to contractual and policy matters.

* Compose professional responses to partner change requests.

* Conduct financial analysis leveraging excel-based financial reports.

* Analyze candidate sales and profit forecasts, providing valuable insights derived from composite groups.

* Fulfill primary responsibility notice requirements as outlined in contractual agreements.

* Initiate and review background checks for partner candidates and other relevant parties.

* Complete partner add point information worksheets with data and exhibits provided by the internal planning and investments team.

* Provide deposition or testimony regarding the processing of partner requests as required by the Legal team.

* Facilitate essential internal and external communication to support business activities.

* Offer support to external partners and internal personnel on the execution of contractual documents via the electronic signature process.

* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and boost productivity.

* Maintain precise electronic partner files within the internal management system by uploading pertinent documents.

* Annually review working files hosted on the internal collaboration platform to ensure compliance with internal information lifecycle management policies.

* Analyze, track, maintain, and provide information on partner requests for quality control within the dedicated internal contractual information system.

* Assist external partners with re-contracting activities.

* Perform general office tasks related to processing partner requests and maintaining files, including sending/retrieving faxes, scanning, and copying.

* Generate and distribute program enrollment forms to program coordinators.

* Manage incoming and outgoing email and mail correspondence.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree.

* Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience managing database information.

* Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task effectively.

* Demonstrated analytical, statistical, and problem-solving capabilities.

* Excellent planning and organizational skills.

* Superior oral, written, and general communication skills.

* High level of motivation and initiative.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.

* Candidates that have banking or mortgage experience OR dealership contracts experience is highly preferred.

This is an hybrid position in Warren, MI. All candidates must be local and elgible to work in the US without a sponsorship.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55-65K/year. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
