Summary The QA Inspector is responsible for auditing production and warehouse operations to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and manufacturing/packaging record instructions. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality by inspecting in-process materials and documentation for adherence to specifications. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Under the guidance of the QA Supervisor, the QA Inspector will perform the following duties. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma, or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of eighteen months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Employees must have the capability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos, in addition to having effective written and verbal communications in English to meet training, safety and quality requirements. Can effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations and the ability to write routine reports, correspondence, and Standard Operating Procedures. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Have the potential to understand statistical data. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Have the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
