Education Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Management required or Bachelor's Degree Public Relations required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Licensed Clinical Social Worker [LCSW - State License] Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker [LICSW - State License] Occupational Therapist [State License] Physical Therapist [State License] Registered Nurse [RN - State License] Speech-language Pathologist [State License] Licensed Mental Health Counselor [LMHC - State License) Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN License] Experience Community Outreach Experience 2-3 years required and Healthcare/Managed Care Experience 1-2 years required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Knowledge of local healthcare resources and community organizations. - Familiarity with healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and ethical standards. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with varied stakeholders. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the community as needed.
