What this job involves:

As a Facilities Field Coordinator at JLL, you will serve as the critical operational link between our facilities management team and field operations, ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost-efficient maintenance of non-producing assets, equipment, and infrastructure. This role requires coordinating complex field work activities, managing contractor relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence while supporting our clients' mission-critical operations. You will act as a key problem-solver and technical advisor, directly contributing to JLL's reputation for delivering exceptional facilities management services that optimize our clients' operational efficiency and asset performance.

Location: onsite role in Denver, CO

Shift: Monday to Friday

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Coordinate and oversee facilities and infrastructure field activities, ensuring all work complies with safety policies and operational excellence standards
  • Manage contractor performance and relationships, including reviewing execution strategies, material management plans, and safety protocols
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain detailed records, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring assets remain in optimal working condition
  • Interface with operations departments to establish work priorities, review SAP work notifications, and provide equipment performance feedback
  • Participate in safety audits, field level risk assessments, and incident investigations with focus on root cause analysis and lessons learned
  • Review and update preventative maintenance programs, equipment inventories, and facility documentation including AutoCAD drawings and process maps
  • Serve as primary point of contact for facility help desk requests and coordinate repairs with lessors for leased facilities

Required Qualifications:

  • +5 years of experience in maintenance operations, preferably in industrial or municipal public works environments
  • Demonstrated experience with facilities and infrastructure operation and maintenance
  • Proven ability to prepare performance evaluations, budgets, operational plans, and technical reports
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with unionized workforces and contractor management
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental protection standards, and risk management practices
  • Physical capability to work in varied conditions including climbing stairs/ladders, walking long distances, and outdoor work in extreme weather

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Fleet and Fuels Management operations
  • Background in municipal public works or similar infrastructure management
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD software and technical drawing interpretation
  • Change management experience and process improvement skills
  • Knowledge of SAP work management systems
  • Experience with Work Notification Quality Standards and Risk Based Work Selection processes
  • Understanding of preventative maintenance program development and execution

Estimated compensation for this position:

26.00 - 31.77 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
