Building on our past. Ready for the future Worley is a global professional services company of energy, chemicals and resources experts. We partner with customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their assets. We're bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now. Play an integral role in bringing large-scale refinery, LNG, and chemical plant projects safely and efficiently to completion. As a Completions Lead at Worley, you'll help ensure that complex downstream systems are prepared, tested, and handed over seamlessly. You'll be at the heart of project delivery-connecting construction and commissioning teams to ensure every system performs as designed and meets client expectations. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE You will be responsible for leading and coordinating pre-commissioning and completions activities across a downstream facility. Working alongside construction, QA/QC, and commissioning teams, you'll ensure that systems are mechanically complete, verified through structured walkdowns, and fully documented for turnover. Your focus will be on achieving readiness, safety, and quality in every system turned over to operations. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
