AGE Solutions is looking for an ISP/OSP Plant Specialist (Copper/Fiber) to join our team onsite at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPH). The Plant Specialist independently executes aerial/underground (UG) builds, splice case work, mid-span access, and restorations. Leads small crews; plans daily work, materials, and quality checks. This is an onsite position based on the island of Oahu, HI with travel required throughout the island. Occasional travel to Kauai, HI is also required. Candidates must be local to Oahu. Responsibilities Include: Construct/repair pathways (tray, ladder rack, sleeves, fire-stopping). Perform fusion splicing, closure builds, sheath repairs; create loss budgets; maintain OTDR libraries. Conduct end-to-end cable audits (continuity, utilization/capacity) and propose rationalization. Requires Skills, Qualifications and Experience: Citizenship and Clearance: US Citizenship is required. Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) eligible; Department of Defense (DoD) Secret preferred Experience: 5+ years of relevant work experience. Qualifications Proficient with OTDR, PM/LS, TDR, locators; strong redline/as-built skills. Certifications (Preferred): FOA CFOT + Certified Fiber Optic Specialist (CFOS) track (e.g., CFOS/T, CFOS/S); BICSI Technician or BICSI OSP Technician.
