We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and hands-on experienced operations-supporting Technical Program Manager with a Trust and Safety, Advertiser, and Operations background. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in understanding technical needs of the projects working closely with xfn stakeholders and ensure org priorities are delivered.

This candidate will report to the Manager of Monetization Integrity Programs Pillar, within Trust & Safety. The role requires an individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively, create ops-technical solutions adeptly identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks on behalf of the Trust org. You'll be asked to bring clarity to ambiguous questions and make recommendations and influence change. The ideal candidate should have a passion for Pinterest's mission and a strong sense of ownership.

What you'll do:



  • Drive technical needs of Trust Ops priorities including those from the Advertiser/Merchant/Sales partners and working with the Enforcement Operations, Policy, Legal, Shared Services teams.
  • Define new processes from the ground up to streamline collaboration between stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end technical product solutions and ensure on-time delivery or prepare and share mitigation strategy.
  • Facilitate collaboration between T&S, other senior stakeholder and external teams.
  • Bring clarity to ambiguous issues, proactively make data-informed recommendations, remove obstacles, remediate, escalate when necessary, and influence positive change across the areas.
  • Manage wide-ranging stakeholder relationships across the company, upholding the highest standards of quality in all deliverables.
  • Strong, clear, effective exec communications (both verbal and written) on progress updates, change management, roll-outs, solutioning, and share-outs.



What we're looking for:



  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience, ideally in high growth technology companies.
  • Project management experience providing strategic leadership for multiple programs simultaneously in a cross-functional business.
  • Experience delivering tech programs from inception to delivery.
  • Relevant industry experience in Trust and Safety/Operations or equivalent practical experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build alignment across teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating communication in navigating ambiguity.
  • Passion for Pinterest's mission, demonstrated sense of ownership, and commitment in your work.
  • Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity to respond adeptly to rapidly changing priorities, and to stay calm and organized during high-stress moments.
