Job Description:

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HW/SW Integration & Customer Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical liaison between our customers and internal engineering teams. This role is critical in ensuring seamless hardware/software integration, delivering exceptional support, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interface & Support:

    • Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding hardware/software integration and technical support.
    • Provide remote and on-site technical assistance, troubleshooting, and training as needed.
  • Technical Expertise:

    • Interact with positioning systems and motion controllers to support customer applications.
    • Analyze and understand customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions and technical guidance.
    • Perform hardware testing, validation, and troubleshooting based on customer use cases.
  • Integration & Compatibility:

    • Support integration of hardware with software platforms, ensuring system compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance.
  • Documentation & Communication:

    • Document test procedures, results, and issue resolutions for internal teams and customer reference.
    • Collaborate with engineering, QA, and product management teams to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Contribute to the enhancement of test methods, integration processes, and overall customer experience.
    • Troubleshoot software issues and assist in designing and implementing bug fixes.

Pay Range:

$94,100.00 - $123,480.00

Pay Range Explained:

This role in Beaverton, Oregon pays between $94,100.00 and $123,480.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You'll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
