Develop and oversee strategic plans for the Convenience Channel. Lead operations and growth initiatives across channels, distributors, and brokers. Own the Annual Operating Plan and manage full P&L responsibility. Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders across the customer base. Guide the team in executing strategic customer plans to achieve volume, profit, and share growth. Manage trade spend and ensure financial discipline across the team. Oversee brand strategy execution and category management initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and customer contractual commitments. Provide market and customer insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Coordinate communication between customers and Field Execution Teams to enhance retail execution. Lead talent management efforts, including succession planning and bench development. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop team members to elevate performance.

What you bring to the table... (must have)
Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 10 years of experience in the CPG industry, with strong field customer/account experience. Proven leadership in managing P&L and driving business growth. Strategic problem-solving and negotiation skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Experience working cross-functionally and leading teams. Demonstrated ability to build trust and lead with integrity. Deep understanding of category and brand management. Business planning expertise.

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $173,100-$248,900
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
