Task Order Project Manager

Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a Task Order Project Manager candidate.

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert. Note: This role is for a proposal. Offer will be contingent upon proposal award which is scheduled for approximately January 2026. This is a hybrid role based in Fort Belvoir, VA.

Duties/ Responsibilities

Serves as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.)
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized authority
• DoD Approved 8570/8140 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level I
• U.S. citizenship required

Education and Experience:

• BS or BA or four (4) additional years of related experience.
• Five (5) years project management or other relevant experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
• Five (5) years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.

• Required: DoD Approved 8570/8140 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level I (CAP, GSLC, or Security+ CE)
• Required: Must have Project Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other equivalent nationally recognized certification.)
