COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Nestle Senior Finance Analyst - Supply Chain Strategy role focuses on driving our cost

transformation with a vision toward becoming a cost best-in-class supply chain. This role drives the

transformation by performing strategic financial analysis and thought leadership on key long term

strategic projects. This position requires collaboration across multiple supply chain functions and

emphasizes accountability in delivering on cost-saving initiatives and strategies.

POSITION SUMMARY

The role emphasizes thought leadership by challenging the status quo and proactively influencing teams

to accelerate projects from concept to execution. Strong communication skills and experience working

across multiple functions are essential as the senior analyst must effectively interact, collaborate, and

influence within the organization. The position demands the ability to prioritize and manage competing

workloads to enable timely and sound decision-making with minimal supervision

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive our best-in-class cost transformation by leveraging strategic financial analysis and projectleadership to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Facilitates and guides project teams developing viable, strategic business cases for PhysicalLogistics, Planning, Order to Cash, and Business Supply Chain functions
  • Evaluates new digital technology project implementations and facilitates the business case buildwith finance leadership to analyze and validate the holistic financial and non-financial valuecreated by these digital technologies over the business case horizon
  • Single point of contact and responsible for ensuring the appropriate VDE, FDE or Waste finance
  • Co-pilot is involved early in "idea to business" case feasibility analysis
  • Leads the monthly process to track actual to planned MOGE costs for all business cases
  • On all types of projects, performs investment analyses including Return on Invested Capital
  • (ROIC) and Net Present Value (NPV) to recommend ROI-maximizing strategies to leadership.
  • Manages the SAVE program, which tracks Total Delivered Cost savings, trains stakeholders,enforces accountability, and communicates project milestones to support financial forecasting.
  • Network optimization modeling, validation of financial assumptions, and ideation of supply chainscenarios such as VDE (Payload, Line Haul, Fuel, Redeployment) and FDE (Storage, Handling,Picking, Overflow) processes

EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree required

EXPERIENCE

  • Excel, Power BI and advanced analytics skills
  • AI and productivity automation skills are a plus
  • Proven track record working in cross-functional teams
  • 4 year's of financial analysis experience
  • Supply Chain experience is a plus
  • Costing and accounting knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience influencing senior management and managing diverse stakeholders andpeers
  • Analysis, forecasting, budgeting experience
  • Advanced project management skills
  • SAP or other ERP experience a plus
