Overview
Responsible for creating positive customer relationships. Exhibits service attitude by reading prints, creating material estimates, selling kitchen and bath supplies, scheduling deliveries, sourcing special orders and other activities that enhance the customer's experience. Extensive Local Travel is required. Other duties will be assigned by Store Manager. Responsibilities Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads. Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs. Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs. Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post sale. Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest. Maintains detailed reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems. Qualifications Knowledge of kitchen and bath materials, finishes, and detailing Working knowledge of 20/20 Kitchen Design Software Ability to read blueprints and create material estimates Source special order material Be independent and aggressive in managing accounts in particular sales territory Achieve predetermined sales goals Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers Create and continually grow book of business and acquire new customers Create material estimates/read blueprints Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to function in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment Reading prints Creating material estimates |
