This Position reports to: Business Manager - E2E Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead materials and production planning, materials purchasing and inventory management, and warehousing. You will be responsible for sales order fulfillment for the Traction division in China through planning and executing initiatives to ensure customer on-time and on-quality delivery with a strong sense of cost control. You will also showcase your expertise by implementing Sales and Operational planning for all businesses types in the division. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the Traction business in China, Motion Business Area. You will be mainly accountable for: Owning the site material and production planning process, and direct materials purchasing. Ensuring seamless alignment between planning and execution. Providing visibility of supply and factory capacity into the Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure on time and on quality delivery. Managing material warehousing and kitting for production. Responsible for stock accuracy and FIFO. Realizing the profitable execution of customer orders, and ensuring inventory turnover at the expected level. Qualifications for the role Bachelor's degree or above. Skilled SAP user. Proficient English communication, reading and writing skills. 5+ years of experience in production planning.
