This Position reports to:

On the position of Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and conducting audits (both internal and external), managing and developing quality databases, and ensuring documentation is up-to-date. You will also train employees on quality standards, create and maintain reporting systems using Business Intelligence tools, resolve customer complaints, analyze quality data to identify and address issues, participate in the creation of quality concepts and improvement projects, and supervise the proper functioning of processes.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Developing audit programs, conducting internal audits, coordinating external audits, and overseeing the implementation of the program.

• Administration and development of quality databases.

• Supervising the currency of documentation in the related area.

• Training employees in quality matters.

• Creating, maintaining, and developing a reporting system using Business Intelligence tools.

• Participating in resolving customer complaints.

• Analyzing quality data to identify causes of insufficient quality and initiating corrective and preventive actions.

• Co-participating in the creation of quality concepts and leading and participating in improvement projects.

• Supervising the proper functioning of processes.

Qualifications for the role

• Higher education, preferably in quality management, production management, mechanics, electronics (or related fields).

• At least 7 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing company.

• Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., Ishikawa, 8D, 5Why, DMAIC, PFMEA).

• Ability to communicate in English at a communicative level.

• Good knowledge of PowerBI, Minitab, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. VBA knowledge is a plus. Ability to perform statistical analysis.

• Experience in conducting audits.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and ISO 22163 standards.

• Ability to work in a team. Good organizational and analytical skills. Proactive approach to problem-solving.
