As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will be a pivotal contributor within the OpenText Business Network Presales team, strategically supporting Account Executives to drive customer success. • Strategic Customer Engagement: Lead discovery sessions and in-depth discussions with customers and prospects to assess their current architectures, technical environments, and partner ecosystems.

• Business Value Translation & Solutioning: Demonstrate how a robust B2B integration platform drives efficiency, profitability, and competitive advantage by optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes-from Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash to financial and payment data exchange.

• High-Impact Presentations & Demos: Prepare and deliver engaging, customized presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that clearly communicate the value of OpenText's solutions to IT, Operations, and business leaders.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with implementation and delivery teams to define scope, develop transition plans, and support proposal development, ensuring a seamless handoff from pre-sale architecture to post-sale execution.

• Innovation & Influence: Shape the future of B2B integration and AI-driven automation by sharing insights with customers and internal stakeholders, influencing platform enhancements and adoption strategies.

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in cloud solution development or presales/solution consulting, with a proven ability to analyze complex needs and architect enterprise-level solutions.

• Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on knowledge in:

  • B2B, EDI, API, and MFT integration and supply chain automation.

  • Enterprise Data Exchange, including integration of financial and operational systems such as SAP and Oracle.

  • Applied AI/GenAI Concepts, including how Machine Learning and predictive analytics enhance automation and data-driven decision-making.

• Valuable Expertise: Experience with corporate-to-bank connectivity, payment integration, or financial messaging standards is an asset.

• Industry Experience: Background in Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail/CPG, or Financial Services is highly desired.

• Cloud Fluency: Deep familiarity with enterprise-grade cloud service models, implementation methodologies, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Leadership & Discovery Skills: Strong ability to lead complex discovery workshops, assess solution viability, and guide the technical qualification and proposal process.

• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a talent for translating technical integration concepts into clear, business-oriented value for executive audiences.
