Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Inova Physical Therapy Center - Prosperity is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to join the team. This role will be a Full Time Day Shift. Clinic Hours are Monday - Thursday 7am-7pm, Friday 7am-4pm, Saturday 7am-2pm.

Physical Therapist (PT) Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates essential skill competencies in the use of treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
• Performs re-evaluations according to department guidelines while adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Adheres to department policies regarding the timeframe, form, and content of written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Gives appropriate instruction and supervision to assistive personnel consistent with program/clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, care team members, students, supervisors, and outside contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy
• License: Physical Therapist upon start
• Experience: No experience needed
• Certification: BLS through the American Heart Association
