What We're Looking For:

• Excellence in Execution: Proven track record of handling complex cases including discovery and motion practice. We're looking for someone who is sharp, detail-oriented, and passionate, and who pushes themselves to improve.

• Problem-Solver: Creativity and a solutions-oriented approach are key. We want someone who can see around corners and anticipate client needs.

• Team Player: Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You should be comfortable working closely with others, mentoring junior team members, and partnering with clients.

• Drive: You thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, and aren't afraid of hard work.

What You Bring:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience.

• Excellent analytical and writing skills, with a demonstrated commitment to improving brief writing.

• A proactive, self-starter mentality with a commitment to excellent client service.

• Admission to practice law in California.
