This dynamic role involves managing tire service dispatch operations and assisting with service billing to ensure accurate record-keeping and seamless workflow efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and accurately document essential information
• Address inquiries and issues, coordinating with relevant departments or field units for prompt resolution
• Operate and manage a multi-line telephone system efficiently
• Utilize phone or computer systems to dispatch crews and field units to designated locations
• Assess and prioritize calls based on urgency to ensure timely responses
• Monitor field unit routes and schedules to optimize daily operations
• Maintain and update call logs, records, and other essential documentation
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support dispatch operations

What You Need:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and Outlook
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Quick and accurate data entry skills
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with others
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 pounds regularly
