Third-Shift Molding Operator - Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am (Night Shift)
Location: Franklin, WI
Shift: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM
Pay: $17.50-$18.00 an hour based on experience + $2.00 shift premium Industry: Medical device manufacturing (silicone tubing & patient components)

A respected medical-device manufacturer that produces silicone tubing and small silicone components used in patient care is seeking a reliable Molding Operator for the third shift.

Key responsibilities
  • Operate and service injection molding equipment (press operation, mold change-over, demolding, cleaning).
  • P erform visual inspection and deflash to meet quality standards (100% visual inspection when required).
  • Weigh/count and record production data accurately (use of electronic scales and ERP/router entry).
  • Verify tools, materials, and process guides prior to production runs.
  • Follow SOPs, GMP and cleanroom requirements for medical device manufacturing.
  • Support 5S and lean initiatives and help restock supplies for the next shift.
Minimum qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (required).
  • Reliable transportation
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills (unit conversion, add/sub/multiply/divide).
  • Able to follow written work instructions and SOPs.
  • Able to work standing for extended periods
Work environment & PPE
  • Typical shop/busy manufacturing floor - loud when machines are operating.
  • PPE required as appropriate (safety glasses, hairnet/beardnet, jumpsuit, gloves, ear protection).
  • Some exposure to fumes/solvents may occur in specific roles (proper PPE & training provided).
