This is a high-visibility role reporting to the VP of AI Center of Excellence where you'll manage multiple complex, business-critical initiatives simultaneously, operating at the executive level and navigating organizational dynamics to drive change forward. Position Responsibilities Director, AI Business Transformation About the Role We are actively seeking an experienced Director of Business Transformation to lead cross-functional AI initiatives that fundamentally transform how we work across the enterprise. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, partnering with business teams throughout the organization to identify opportunities, reimagine processes, design new ways of working, and establish measurement frameworks that demonstrate tangible business impact. You will be expected to operate comfortably and effectively at the Executive and VP level, managing multiple high complexity, high risk and business critical projects. This role reports to the VP, AI Center of Excellence and Business Transformation, and partners closely with business executives and cross-functional teams to drive our internal AI transformation program forward. Compensation Information The U.S. salary range for this position is $117500.00 - $205750.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
