Job Summary The Senior Manager, M&A HR Integration is responsible for providing end-to-end HR support throughout due diligence and integration, managing HR processes, people data, and HR technology as acquired companies transition into the CDW ecosystem. This role manages HR M&A-overseeing all aspects of HR due diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution. Responsibilities include understanding current-state HR processes, identifying risks and gaps, coordinating across HR sub-functions/workstreams (Org Design, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Shared Services, Talent Management, Payroll), and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and people-centric transition for newly acquired coworkers. The Senior Manager, M&A HR Integration partners closely with business leaders, HR leadership, Finance, IT, and cross-functional integration teams to ensure alignment, track progress, resolve issues, and deliver a seamless HR integration or HR Due Diligence experience. This role also contributes to the creation and ongoing refinement of CDW's HR M&A playbook. What you'll do
