At Tesla, our Operations Managers are the front-line leaders of our Service, Delivery, Collision, and other operations. They manage day-to-day operations and proactively develop team members to reach their full potential. Our Operations Managers consistently deliver excellent results across all aspects of the business: customer satisfaction, people leadership, operations, and financials. To facilitate the growth of our Robotaxi program, the North America Service Operations team is seeking a dynamic problem solver with exceptional ability to challenge us to think differently. The right person is hungry to dive into critical challenges, breaking down silos and partnering closely with cross-functional teams across Tesla to drive the business forward, while building an all-star team to maintain our Robotaxi fleet. 
  
 
What You'll Do
  
   - Lead by example, prioritize team success, and actively engage in team growth and development, providing regular feedback and mentoring 
 - Monitor service trends and develop standards and processes to maintain the uptime of the Robotaxi fleet 
 - Understand and improve all aspects Robotaxi Service performance, championing safety, efficiency, quality, and technical acumen in Service operations 
 - Lead daily operations, from Service to cleaning to managing our Lost and Found process 
 - Embrace change, excel in high-pressure situations, exhibit strong prioritization and time management skills, and combine analytical thinking with hands-on problem-solving and a customer-service mindset 
 - Act in the best interest of Tesla, advocate for customers and team success, and demonstrate a passion for Tesla's mission, people, and customers 
 - Coordinate across the market and other teams at Tesla to remove blockers to the growth of the Robotaxi program

  - Strong and proven experience leading field, technical repair, or manufacturing teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment with strong problem-solving skills 
 - Experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities 
 - Analytical mindset and courage to question the status quo - ability to ask structured questions and quantify impact if you recognize an opportunity to improve
