Strategic Leadership & Client Value

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to client executive leadership, including supply chain, finance, and C-suite stakeholders, driving strategy that increases client engagement, value realization, retention, and long-term profitability, ensuring Vizient spend management solutions are aligned to documented client priorities, strategic goals, and financial objectives, and identifying opportunities to expand services, elevate client supply chain influence, and deliver measurable clinical and financial impact.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Management, the SMBU Performance Partners, category experts, and business leaders, acting as a voice of the client by synthesizing feedback into actionable insights for product, service, and program development, and supporting onboarding of new clients to ensure early value realization and long-term engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS
