Class A Driver

Staffmark Drivers is seeking experienced Class A Drivers to join our team. Enjoy home daily with competitive pay while delivering essential freight on local routes.

Pay:

• Weekly guaranteed minimum: $1,180 for route
• Extra board: $1,400/week
• Most drivers earn $1,300-$1,500/week depending on miles, stops, and additional days

Schedule: Monday-Friday (or Tuesday-Saturday) | Night shifts to start, with potential to move to days as seniority increases

Job Details:

• Local drop-and-hook or live unload routes
• No-touch freight | hauling car parts to Tennessee and Indiana
• Home daily
• Lift: none required
• Vehicle: Tractor-trailer dry van, late-model automatic transmission

Job Duties:

• Perform required vehicle safety inspections before, during, and after dispatch
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Read and interpret shipping orders and exception forms
• Work scheduled shifts to meet customer delivery requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within 3 years
• Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse Report
• Acceptable MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screening(s)
• At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience, within the last 3 years
