Electro - Mechanical Technician  
    
    
    
    Position Summary: 
    
    The Electro-Mechanical Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, components, and equipment. This role requires a solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical principles to ensure optimal operation, safety, and efficiency of machinery and production systems 
    
    
    
    Key Responsibilities: 
    
      
    
    Maintenance & Repair:  
    
    
      
     - Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, including motors, sensors, pumps, control panels, and automation systems.
 
      
     
    
    Installation: 
    
    
      
     - Install new machinery, wiring, control systems, and mechanical components according to technical drawings, schematics, and safety standards.
 
      
     
    
    Testing & Calibration: 
    
    
      
     - Test and calibrate components to ensure proper functionality and compliance with specifications.
 
      
     
    
    Preventive Maintenance: 
    
    
      
     - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document maintenance activities to reduce downtime.
 
      
     
    
    Troubleshooting: 
    
    
      
     - Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions quickly using diagnostic tools and technical documentation.
 
      
     
    
    Safety Compliance: 
    
    
      
     - Follow electrical codes, mechanical safety procedures, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
 
      
     
    
    Documentation: 
    
    
      
     - Maintain accurate service records, repair logs, and maintenance reports.
 
      
     
    
    Collaboration: 
    
    
      
     - Work closely with engineers, machine operators, and production teams to support continuous improvement and system reliability.
 
      
     
    
    Qualifications: 
    
    Education: 
    
    
      
     - Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
 - Equivalent work experience may be considered.
 
      
     
    
    Experience: 
    
    
      
     - 2-5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair (industrial or manufacturing environment preferred).
 
      
     
    
    Technical Skills: 
    
    
      
     - Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, PLCs, sensors, drives, and control systems.
 - Proficiency with mechanical systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
 - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
 - Familiarity with diagnostic and testing tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, vibration analyzers, etc.).
