What does a Sr. Manager, Division Service do at Swire Coca-Cola?


This role responsible for overseeing the field service and equipment fulfillment operations within a specified geographical region. They will mentor the 8-12 leaders and approximately 200 employees to ensure their team meets Service Level Agreements and other specified internal metrics. They will plan and manage operational policies and strategies, delegate responsibilities, and ensure company goals are met. This role requires strong decision-making, problem-solving, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure. Regional managers must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders. They oversee an annual logistics spend of $10-15 million and collaborate closely with Sales and Logistics partners to ensure exceptional customer experiences through timely equipment fulfillment and reactive service performance.

Responsibilities:



  • Mentoring: Supporting and mentoring teams across different regions. Managing 8-12 leaders that oversees up to 200 employees
  • Planning: Develop budgets, forecasts, and schedules including Kaizen Events, process improvement, system implementation within assigned region. Ensure goals are met and work is completed timely
  • Communication: Providing clear instructions to employees, Collaborate with internal/external Directors, peers and cross functional partners
  • Problem-solving: Analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Manage NAOU service level agreement and relationship
  • Reporting: Providing regular reports and updates to upper administration

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree in business related field preferred and
  • High School Diploma (or GED) with additional experience as detailed below required
  • 4-6 years Progressive experience leading or managing people required and
  • 2-4 years Experience with Field Service Management preferred and
  • 2-4 years Understanding of Financial and Forecasting models, i.e. ROI Analysis, Profit and Loss Statements, etc.. required and
  • 2-4 years Knowledge of sales and business processes, forecasting and planning required and
  • 1-2 years of experience managing projects preferred and
  • Good interpersonal skills, dependable, results driven, timely decision making, ability to delegate
  • Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in using ERP software; SAP preferred
