The Supply Chain Compliance Analyst is responsible for developing efficient and compliant supply chain process, delivering training and auditing process compliance over Moog A&D. Moog A&D is made up of 23 sites, 7500 people and operates over heavily regulated industries: Commercial and Military Aviation, Space, Defense.

As our Supply Chain Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible to:

  • Audit process compliance to identify gaps and implement effective corrective actions.

  • Lead development of new process or improvement of existing process to gold standard.

  • Develop training material and train users on process.

  • Manage change through communication, training & support.

  • Plan, project manage and communicate a schedule of process improvements to meet internal and external customer expectations.

  • Estimated travel, domestic & international, up to 10% annually.

  • The role must be comfortable working in an environment with a high degree of ambiguity and fluidity, and with remote internal stakeholders based in different time zones.

  • There is a strong need to be proactive and deliberate about communicating with stakeholders across the A&D Organization

To be considered for this Supply Chain Compliance Analyst role, here's what you'll need to bring with you:

  • BA degree in a Business-related field and 4 years of progressive experience (post-education) in a regulated field such as Petro-Chem, government procurement, finance, Pharmaceutical, Automotive.

  • Strong communication skills are required in the form of listening, written, verbal and presentation. Incumbent should have the ability to effectively communicate with, and influence internal staff, external auditors and regulatory agencies.

  • Operating knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and DCMA/DCAA audit procedures for US government procurement.

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $70,000.00-$93,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
