 Position Summary: Provides scheduling for all programming of camp.Maintains knowledge of which campers are at which activities incasestaff or parents need tolocatecampers promptly. This position is also responsible for organizing staff and campers into "club" activities for the week. Maintains organization and clear communication between summer camp director, leadstaffand the rest of staff so that programming and transitions are high quality. Responsible for ensuring that staff follow the schedule tomaintainnecessary allotted times for activities to allow campers to get the most out of the programs provided atcampCullen.Creates a safe and positive atmosphere that promotescampersafety and engagement. Provides a quality experiencetochildren and parents focused on youth development including the YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility,caring, and faith.
