Director of Product Sales Specialists

As a Director of Product Sales Specialists, this position will play a crucial role in enhancing Thomson Reuters presence and market growth in our tax products with a focus on indirect tax products to include Pagero and E-Invoicing product family. This position is responsible for provide accurate revenue growth across our Enterprise and Commercial customers. This role combines market/industry expertise with strong sales acumen to transform how we partner with Sales, Product, and crossportfolio TR teams-elevating competitive positioning, win rates, and attach/crosssell performance.

About the Role:
In this opportunity, as Director, Product Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Manage ateam of sales specialists that contribute to the growth of our Indirect Tax and Pagero business, wherethe teamwill:
  • Partner with the sales team onstrategicsales opportunities to drive value selling process from Discovery through Vendor of Choice selection. Contributing strategies and tactical execution across prospecting, discovery, solution articulation and value confirmation to assist the sale executives in closing the opportunity
  • Accelerate revenue growth with our IDT and Pagero product lines through partnerships with Sales, Resellers, and our Partners
  • Partners in the development ofaccount plans by identifying winning strategies as a subject matter expert.Provides partner ecosystem knowledge to leverage key relationships based on the opportunity
  • Coach the team to workwith customers to understand their business needs and challenges and then present tailored solutions to grow their business while developing a strong relationship based on value and mutual trust.
  • Act as a customer advocate within the company with product development and product marketingto identify and develop customer success stories to demonstrate the value of our solutions in various markets

About You:

You're a fit for the role of Director, Product Sales Specialist, if you have:

  • 10+ years of enterprise software sales, with 3+ years experience selling Indirect Tax and/or e-invoicing solutions; 5+ years of proven sales leadership
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals; Proven track record of successfully leveraging the partner ecosystem to create win-win outcomes
  • Ability to represent the company and engage customers and prospects at public events like trade shows and industry forums
  • A strong leader that has deep knowledge ofsales process, industry trends, challenges, partner ecosystem, and competitive landscape within the Indirect Tax and e-invoicing markets.
  • Built strong relationships with a partner ecosystem in the software industry.
  • A strong ability to work internally with our product teams bring insights, sales trends and market data to play a key role in the prioritization of future solutions to meet market growth.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $252,000 - $468,000.
This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
