JOB LOCATION Duke Lightner Dermatology - 11081 Forest Pines Dr Duke Wakefield Mohs Surgery - 11081 Forest Pines Dr JOB SUMMARY We are seeking aPatient Service Associate at Duke Lightner Dermatology and Duke Wakefield Mohs Surgery provides clerical support for the dermatology providers and their patients. This support includes coordinating and participating in a variety of duties associated with the daily clinic preparation process, patient identification, patient check in/out, charge posting, cash management and patient appointment scheduling. The position also involves customer service, message distribution, making confirmation calls, ancillary scheduling, document scanning, chart preparation and referral management.  JOB HOURS The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
