Snowflake is seeking a Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for our Go-To-Market (GTM) Solution Engineering organization. This critical, high-impact role will focus on identifying, attracting, and hiring experienced Solution Engineering talent-the technical pre-sales experts who bring the Snowflake platform to life for our customers. You will partner closely with GTM and SE leadership to strategically build and scale high-performing teams globally.

The position requires a strategic mindset, deep market knowledge, and the ability to influence leadership to help shape the future of our customer-facing technical organization. The ideal candidate will be an expert in creating outcomes across the Solution Engineering team by driving visibility, deep leader partnership, and strong candidate attraction and activation strategies.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including advanced candidate pipeline management across the Solution Engineering team.

  • Executive Partnership: Drive urgency and outcomes with senior hiring leaders across the GTM organization.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven recruiting insights and detailed updates that drive broad access and visibility into our progress and challenges.

  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with executive stakeholders across the Sales, Solution Engineering, and broader Go-To-Market leadership teams.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.

  • Strong understanding of the Solution Engineering/Sales Engineering function, the modern data stack, cloud computing, and how AI/ML influences customer solutions.

  • Proven ability to successfully recruit Director-level, Principal, or high-impact senior individual contributor Solution Engineering talent.

  • Experience partnering with senior executives and leadership teams to define hiring profiles and execution plans.
