 Responsibilities Human Resources Specialist Journeyman Supports the operational aspects of ongoing HR projects and assists in coordinating activities between project management, planning teams, and line management. Monitors project status, tracks schedules, and helps prepare progress and status reports. Identifies routine project issues and assists in developing solutions to support productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. Contributes to processes for tracking project progress and provides administrative and analytical support for project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders. 
 Provide HR support services to facilitate workforce management, talent development, and compliance with HR policies.

Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
