We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Data Analyst to join our Solution Development team. This role requires crafting and improving SQL queries, building dynamic Power BI dashboards, and collaborating with diverse teams to assist in crafting solutions and developing proposals. We are in need of an individual who comprehends analytics, supply chain operations, and data interpretation well, with the ability to transform detailed data into actionable insights.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,875 to $121,550 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Advanced Analysis and Insights:Analyze complex datasets using sophisticated tools (e.g., Python, R) to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, driving business decisions. Craft compelling narratives tailored to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.

  • Strategic Input and Process Improvement:Develop and documents efficient data analysis processes, contributes to new business strategies, and may design and implement data systems.

  • Mentorship and Training:Provide guidance and support to entry-level analysts, fostering their skill development.

  • Data Governance and Strategy:Develop, implement, and maintain data governance framework and data quality standards. Proactively identifies and resolves complex data integrity issues across multiple systems.

  • Automation:Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to improve efficiency and accuracy in solution design workflows.

  • Manage small to medium projects solo, establish objectives, timelines, and reporting framework.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Finance; Master's degree preferred, although equivalent experience is acceptable.

  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, PowerApps, and Power Automate for data solutions and workflow efficiencies.

  • Proficiency in SQL query optimization, ETL pipelines, and dynamic table creation.

  • Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, dashboard creation, and data modeling.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate complex insights effectively to technical and non-technical collaborators, including senior leaders.

  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and drive initiatives.

  • Leadership and mentoring experience and ability to knowledge share with junior analysts.
