Associate Creative Producer - Remote This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote or hybrid contract role located in New York, NY; Austin, TX; or Cupertino, CA. Summary
The Associate Creative Producer supports a global advertising and marketing organization focused on delivering high-quality creative communications across digital platforms. This role helps manage the creative development and production of marketing assets across web, email, and sales enablement channels-ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and efficiency in every deliverable. Our Ideal Candidate
4+ years of experience in digital project management, ideally within a design agency, creative studio, or in-house marketing communications team
Passion for creative production, marketing, and digital storytelling with a strong foundation in cross-functional project coordination
Proficient in project management tools and digital workflows, with strong organizational and communication skills
Familiar with digital production processes, web lifecycles, and localization workflows
Skilled in collaborating with creative, development, and marketing teams to bring projects to completion
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
Highly organized, proactive, and process-oriented
Job Description
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative deliverables-from project setup and scheduling to tracking progress, routing approvals, and ensuring timely delivery. You'll partner with creative, localization, and technical teams to align on timelines, asset handoffs, and quality standards. This includes maintaining project files and documentation, coordinating review cycles, and ensuring all creative assets meet legal and technical requirements prior to launch. You will also oversee post-launch updates, quality assurance efforts, and asset archiving to maintain organized digital libraries. You will play a critical role in supporting senior producers, helping define priorities, monitor project health, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders-contributing to the seamless execution of high-impact creative work across global markets. Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or related field-or equivalent practical experience
Background in creative services, advertising, or digital marketing preferred
Interest or experience in leveraging AI tools to improve creative production workflows is a plus

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $67.22 per hour.
