As Ericsson's new Technical and Solution Sales Support team member, you will be in a unique position to shape and drive success. Taking on the responsibility of supporting the Key Account Management (KAM) team, you'll offer product and solution expertise throughout all phases of customer journey, including pre-sales, design, and delivery stages. You will also help position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader while ensuring that valuable customer feedback reaches the team at our Research and Development department. This exciting role serves both our Market Area (MA) Domains and Business Areas (BA), as well as our Key Account CTOs in our Customer Units (CU). What you will do:- Understand the customer's vision and align it with Ericsson's products and solutions. - Manage deep technical discussions by exploring customer requirements and modeling optimal solutions. - Provide sales support for specific deals by crafting deal strategies, managing internal customer workshops, and evaluating the market situation. - Initiate knowledge sharing activities by spreading best practices across the team, contributing to our culture of continuous learning and improvement.
