PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $28.27-$34.47 hourly. The full Pay Range is $21.93-$40.77 hourly. Newly hired employees accrue 6.16 hours of paid time off (PTO) on a per pay period basis based on hours worked (up to a maximum of 160 PTO hours per year) and receive ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE: As a Dispute Specialist I at BECU, you'll be the trusted advocate for our members, helping them navigate the complexities of debit and credit card disputes. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that every member feels heard, supported, and protected. You'll be the expert they rely on when transactions don't go as planned-whether it's unauthorized activity or merchant-related issues. By delivering timely and accurate resolutions, you'll uphold our commitment to integrity, compliance, and member-first service. Your attention to detail and passion for problem-solving will directly contribute to building trust and strengthening our member relationships. ***Please note this role requires working PST hours of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
