As a Security Professional - Distribution Entry Screening in FORT WORTH, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations to help create a secure environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service through clear communication. By working closely with the team, you will play a key role in supporting our caring culture and upholding our values of agility, reliability, and integrity. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors while maintaining professional conduct at all times.
• Follow established security-related procedures and respond to emergencies or incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Perform regular and random patrols of the premises, including the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Document and report any irregularities, incidents, or security-related concerns as outlined by Allied Universal and client site guidelines.
• Support logistics and distribution operations by helping to maintain a secure environment for personnel, property, and materials.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
