What you'll be doing

    Set the vision for workforce strategy, unifying and modernizing forecasting, management, and outsourcing to deliver exceptional service while balancing team member needs.
  • Champion the adoption of cutting-edge tools and AI-driven solutions, moving us beyond spreadsheets to scalable, automated excellence.
  • Collaborate with leaders across sales, marketing, product, and tech-your insights will shape forecasts, staffing, and strategic decisions that impact the entire organization.
  • Lead initiatives that boost customer satisfaction, teammate engagement, and operational controls, always seeking new ways to gain efficiencies and remove barriers.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, developing hiring plans and resource strategies that keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Ensure we consistently meet or exceed SLAs, especially in telephony and service center metrics, while driving cost savings and process improvements.
  • Be the go-to partner for cross-functional alignment, budget planning, and contingency strategies-your leadership will be felt across every corner of the business.

What you will need to be successful (Qualification - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 7-10 years' experience leading service center operations in high-volume, fast-paced environments; 7+ years in workforce management, with at least 3 years at the Director level.
  • Deep expertise in call centers, card volume, claims, and client services; experience in digital payments, banking, or credit unions is a strong plus.
  • Mastery of workforce management and forecasting tools (Verint, Salesforce, Google, etc.), and a passion for leveraging technology to solve complex challenges.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate with impact, and thrive under pressure while driving results.
  • A track record of innovation, process improvement, and scaling operations across multiple sites.

Salary Range

$137,500.00 To $200,000.00 / year
