Provide technical expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining applications in support of Netsmart's operational needs

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document current business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Meet with stakeholders to understand business problems, regulatory requirements, and operational processes to identify candidates for implementing automated processing.
  • Gather, validate, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and RPA capabilities.
  • Design optimized workflows and process maps for automation, collaborating closely with technical teams and business users.
  • Create clear and comprehensive PDD documentation containing process definitions and requirements specifications, and user guides to support RPA initiatives.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate automated workflows to ensure compliance and functionality.
  • Ensure RPA solutions adhere to organizational standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate change management by communicating process changes, training users, and ensuring successful adoption of automated solutions.

Qualifications
Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience working with automation technologies, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
  • Demonstrated ability to perform requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
  • Ability to perform process evaluations by breaking complex processes into component steps, identify dependencies, evaluate process ineifficiencies, and propose process redesign and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills including oral, written, presentations, and data visualization
  • Collaborating with cross-functional team members and other departments across the organization
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining end-user documentation for automated processes and solutions
  • Experience in designing, executing, and troubleshooting test cases for automated workflows
  • Skilled in leveraging reporting tools and techniques to monitor automation performance and outcomes across multiple systems
  • Ability and willingness to work in a multi-platform environment and adapt to new automation technologies
  • Familiarity with agile project methodology.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of SQL, XML/XLST, and Web services (SOAP, REST)
  • Experience in workflow process design
  • UiPath Automation Business Analyst Certification

Expectations

This position may require availability outside of standard business hours as part of a rotational on-call schedule.
