Scope - Program Director for Supply Chain Advisory

Blue Yonder's Supply Chain Advisory (SCA) team is seeking a Program Director who will lead the governance and commercialization of programs and Proof of Concept (POC) initiatives, ensuring disciplined investment, measurable financial outcomes, and clear differentiation of Blue Yonder's AI-driven solutions in the market. The position operates at the intersection of product, data, and commercial strategy, partnering closely with Finance, Sales, Product, and Advisory teams to drive utilization, billable revenue impact, and data-backed decision-making across the POC lifecycle. It defines and enforces enterprise guardrails, intake criteria, and performance metrics to accelerate the progression from demo to validated business outcomes and commercial adoption of cognitive capabilities. This role enables scalable, high-impact deployment of Blue Yonder's AI-powered supply chain platform across global industries.

What you'll do

Program Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of supply chain advisory programs, ensuring alignment with program objectives and organizational strategy
  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Manage intake during deal review and validate evaluation readiness.
  • Ensure demo environments remain stable and globally consistent.
  • Establish start/stop criteria and operational guardrails.

Strategic Advisory

  • Guide evaluation program design, including when a POC is appropriate.
  • Create scalable playbooks that highlight Blue Yonder differentiation.
  • Identify trends to enhance program strategy and product positioning.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Industry Strategy, Solution Advisory, Product, Professional Services, and Strategic Transformation teams.
  • Facilitate governance meetings and executive steering committees.
  • Develop high-quality materials that communicate program value.

Financial Program Leadership & Risk Management

  • Monitor SaaS revenue influence driven by evaluation programs.
  • Track billable revenue capture and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Assess resource utilization and recommend operational adjustments.
  • Apply financial discipline to ensure programs deliver measurable economic value.

Team Leadership

  • Indirectly lead cross-functional evaluation teams.
  • Mentor talent and promote rigor, operational excellence, and customer focus.

Performance Monitoring

  • Establish KPIs and value dashboards.
  • Deliver regular insights to leadership, account teams, and customers.
  • Continuously improve program scalability and repeatability.

What we are looking for

Experience and Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience managing customer evaluation programs, such as data-driven demos, POCs, and hands-on trials, ideally within supply chain, consulting, or presales settings.
  • Proven ability to design and govern presales evaluation programs, including readiness criteria, guardrails, start/stop rules, and POC decision frameworks that strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions, with experience influencing SaaS pipeline progression and partnering closely with Sales, Advisory, Product, and Services teams.
  • Advanced financial acumen, including tracking SaaS revenue influence, billable revenue capture, resource utilization, and providing forecasting insights tied to evaluation programs.
  • Exceptional executive communication and cross-functional leadership, with the ability to simplify complex concepts, articulate differentiation, and operate effectively in high-ambiguity environments.

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
  • PMP preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma preferred
  • CSCP or equivalent preferred

The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $180,000 USD.

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
