The ITM Group is a distinguished provider of behavioral health services based in North Central Florida. With over thirty years of experience, we specialize in offering treatment for court-ordered individuals, both in community settings and at locked facilities, alongside various overlay programs. We are currently expanding our team and seeking qualified full or part-time clinicians for several of our locations, including Orlando and Longwood. Our organization provides comprehensive treatment for mental health issues as well as adult clients with sexual behavior problems across more than 15 different locations. We are actively searching for licensed therapists in Florida who possess the necessary experience to fill these vital positions. Position Overview: The selected candidates will primarily focus on providing group counseling and individual therapy sessions, as well as executing various forensic assessments for their assigned clientele. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, engaging in consultations with referral agencies, and ensuring the timely submission of all required reports, which include assessments, monthly progress notes, and termination summaries. All clinicians are required to participate in semi-annual staff meetings and engage in regular monitoring opportunities, ensuring continual clinical oversight. Qualifications: Qualified candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience working with either juvenile or adult sexual offender populations. A Master’s Degree or higher in a relevant Behavioral Health field is necessary, and applicants must possess a Florida Department of Health License or be eligible for one pending completion of required licensing in Florida. Additionally, candidates should be members of ATSA or meet the requirements for clinical associate membership related to sex offender treatment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are paramount, alongside a capacity to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. A robust work ethic, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering quality services are essential. The role requires flexibility in work hours, generally between 10: 00 a.m. and 8: 30 p.m. While ITM Group has historically engaged its clinicians through 1099 subcontractor agreements, we also offer various employee positions in certain locations, which include benefits such as health care assistance, paid vacations, and holidays. Application Process: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a cover letter and resume detailing their qualifications and experience to the contact provided below. Please include your salary expectations, potential start date, and at least two letters of reference. recblid h9fyi1pzjs30zdt2i75dv5enpemzh9 | |
