As a Security Officer - Front Desk Financial in Clarks Summit, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer in a financial institution setting, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. You will monitor access, manage visitor logs, and provide exceptional customer service while addressing security-related inquiries. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification and/or visitor credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate for the site.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences at the desk.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries and provide information as needed.
• Support efforts to help deter unauthorized access or disruptive behavior at the front desk area.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
