Midwest Center for Youth and Families is seeking a talented and dynamic Director of Clinical Services to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals! The Midwest Center is a respected healthcare provider, fully accredited, 74-bed private, residential treatment facility with locations in Valparaiso and Kouts, IN. We are dedicated to care of the hearts and minds of our patients with compassion and superior quality behavioral healthcare services through our full-immersion Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program for children and adolescents ages 10 - 18 who struggle with emotional, behavioral and mental health challenges. Three years of work experience in a behavioral health/psychiatric setting with patients aged 10-18yrs. Two years of work experience in DBT evidence-based treatment. LCSW, LMFT, LMHC required.
