Location: Abilene, TX

Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Pay: $17/hr.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED | 2 years of experience | Able to lift 50 pounds

Key Responsibilities



  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers or staff as needed
  • Review, complete, and ship work orders in the system
  • Maintain records for vehicle maintenance and power equipment
  • Manage office supply inventory and submit monthly material requests
  • Process closeout documentation
  • Maintain the branch cash-flow spreadsheet, post customer payments, and make bank deposits
  • Report daily branch attendance
  • Coordinate weekly uniform pick-up and drop-off
  • Scan and send documents daily
  • Provide administrative support
