As an Order Management Specialist for Luxury/La Prairie you will manage the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timely processing from order receipt to delivery. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order-related inquiries, proactively resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, Logistics, and Finance will be essential to guarantee smooth operations and compliance with company standards. Additionally, you will monitor order status, track revisions, and provide stakeholders with updates while generating reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Maintaining proper documentation and adherence to internal policies and external regulations will also be a critical part of your responsibilities. Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
