Operations Coordinator / Communication Specialist - JLL

What this job involves: The Operations Coordinator / Communication Specialist will provide comprehensive operational support to our internal technician team by tracking performance metrics, ensuring compliance with programs and policies, and enhancing service delivery for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong communicator who combines operational excellence with communication expertise, supporting daily field operations, assisting operations managers, and participating in technician onboarding while creating electronic communications, informational content, and promotional materials to support the internal technician team [Source: JLL Job Description Template.docx].

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Review reports (mileage, missing receipts, timecards) and expenses (Amazon, p-card purchases) for accuracy and approval
  • Track and assist with onboarding and offboarding of personnel while serving as contact point for new hire candidates
  • Own programs and ordering for uniforms and tools, ensuring new hires have all needed resources
  • Create, analyze, and maintain spreadsheet reports to compile and track operational and financial data for facilities
  • Coordinate with the Communications team to create campaigns that align with account goals, culture, and client objectives
  • Update and own account SharePoint site to ensure proper documentation organization and information sharing across teams
  • Manage calendar and organize events for technical trade show recruiting, new store openings, store remodels, and team building events

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2+ years related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical ability and detail oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to build relationships and interact effectively with business partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 year degree
  • Administration, Communication, or Facilities Management background
  • Experience with compliance tracking and policy implementation
  • Background in training coordination and program management
  • Experience with digital and print communications including email campaigns and tracking results

Location: Remote- person must live in the Midwest to be available for onsite meetings and client site visits.

Work Shift: Standard business hours

Estimated compensation for this position:

65,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
