Department OverviewJoin Motorola Solutions, a global leader in mission-critical communications, video security, and command center software. Our Critical Communications (LMR) organization is a core part of this business, providing essential Land Mobile Radio (LMR) systems and devices to public safety agencies and commercial enterprises. As a member of our Distribution Center team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring we can efficiently fulfill customer orders across North America and Latin America. Job Description

We are seeking a Distribution Fulfillment Analyst to manage the Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance for our North America and Latin America Distribution Operations. This is a crucial, predominantly on-site role with flexibility for remote work as needed.

In this position, you will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to:

  • Generate and schedule Work Orders for kitting operations, aligning with the sales forecast to maximize On-Time Delivery.

  • Support international trade compliance by resolving commercial invoice and country of origin issues.

  • Run Oracle Cycle Count reports and coordinate with our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners to resolve inventory discrepancies.

  • Monitor scrap and coordinate with our 3PL and Finance teams to resolve material disposition issues.

  • Coordinate SOX audits as required.

  • Investigate receiving issues with our purchasing team to ensure accurate inventory and closed Purchase Orders.

  • Support capacity planning by analyzing sales forecasts, order booking, and delinquency data.

  • Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Strong data analytic and problem solving skills

  • Strong team worker and ability to collaborate and influence people from many organizations

  • Understanding of SQL to generate ad hoc reports

  • Capable of developing detailed project plans, status reports and managing escalations.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment

  • Action and detail oriented

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.

Target Base Salary Range: $65,900 - $85,000

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 3+ years of daily experience using Oracle or another equivalent ERP system.

  • 3+ years of work experience in Distribution, Operations, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Transportation, or a similar field.
