Your Opportunity:
Taylor Communications is seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor in Tampa, FL.

Your Shift:
* Monday - Friday
* 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Your Responsibilities:
* Ensure all safety rules, facility policies, and procedures are followed
* Maintain and monitor daily workflow; allocate and adjust resources to meet production output goals and customer requirements
* Record, track, and analyze departmental metrics to recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality
* Communicate goals, expectations, and performance standards clearly to employees
* Resolve employee concerns by conducting data analysis, investigating issues, identifying solutions, and recommending actions
* Lead employee training, development, and performance appraisal processes
* Collaborate with other departments, team members, and management to resolve issues, address complaints, and maintain efficient workflow
* Recommend and implement measures that motivate employees and improve production processes, equipment effectiveness, product quality, and overall efficiency
* Develop, mentor, and train employees to support individual growth and organizational objectives

You Must Have:
* 2+ years of relevant manufacturing leadership experience
* Basic math proficiency and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, internet research)
* Demonstrated results-driven leadership capabilities
* Strong business knowledge with the ability to make operational decisions
* Ability to foster teamwork, cooperation, and a positive working environment
* Proficiency in reading, speaking, and understanding English
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

We Would Also Prefer:
* Experience leading process or organizational change
* Previous KPI management experience
* Knowledge of Oracle and PJM software
* Strong accountability for team and production outcomes
* Ability to communicate effectively with large teams
* Flexibility in responding to changing priorities
* Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
