As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Specialist in Weslaco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within a manufacturing and industrial environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client staff to maintain a secure and orderly environment.
• Maintain accurate logs and detailed reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
