As a Security Guard - Real Estate Security Clearance in Huntsville, AL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to those on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, unusual occurrences, or unauthorized persons on the premises.
• Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and property management staff to address security-related needs and concerns.
• Document all activities, observations, and incidents as required by site-specific policies and Allied Universal procedures.
• Assist visitors and tenants by providing information and directions, contributing to a welcoming environment while maintaining security-related awareness.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
